The Ebor Fitness 6 week challenge is designed to give you the plan and accountability you need to achieve maximum results in just 6 weeks

The challenge is made up of 3 pillars which are essential for your success

TRAINING

You will work with ons of our trainer a there times per week for 45 minutes each session

These sessions are made up of fat burning , fitness increasing conditioning exercises and followed by resistance training to build a base strength level and improve muscle tone

Our sessions are designed to get the job done inside 45 minutes so you don’t need to be in the gym for hours on end and can get on with your day

These sessions will lay an incredible platform of fat loss , fitness and strength for you to push on and achieve anything you want with your physique going forward

NUTRITION

We take the thinking out of nutrition for you and fully bespoke a nutrition plan full of foods you enjoy

We also provide with alternative plans for when you want to add some variety which will help you adhere to the plan for longer with greater results

WHAT IF I WANT TO DO MORE THAN JUST 3 x 45MIN SESSIONS A WEEK?

That’s great if you feel you want to do some extra workouts . We devise this programme so you can see results with just 3 x 45 min sessions a week . However , if you want to put more work in , you will see faster results .

You receive full gym membership alongside this challenge and any additional session you want to do will be programmed for you by your trainer . We want to make sure you don’t waste a single workout so we take all the thinking out of it for you so you can make sure that every minute you spend in the gym is a minute nearer to your end goal

WHAT DO I DO IF I’M STUCK?

Not only will you see your trainer 3 times per week , you will have daily accountability check ins and a weekly 1-1 progress check call . But if you feel like you need any extra support or guidance you will also be in a private WhatsApp group with your trainer and the gym owner who will be on hand to help you navigate any problems you come across
